Desinger Needed for Awesome Westwood Community Event

Why don't you consider collaborating with the UCLA Volunteer Center to brand their upcoming WOMP (Westwood Organized Mega Project) event? It's a great opportunity to do good for your local 1010 community and to learn. Here are examples of design projects you could work on:

- womp logo (applied to tshirts)
- banners (currently an 8’ x 3 foot banner is approved with more to come)
- sign boards (to be velcroed to store windows)

Yes, you could see your design throughout Westwood on the big day! Imagine, all those locations you walk by on the way to class, branded by you. See all those blue and gold tshirts in the video? Yup, could be your design. Of course, the spirit of this event is one of collaboration, so you'll be working in teams to come up with what's right for WOMP.

The challenge is to communicate the awesomeness of this volunteer project in Westwood. The typical volunteers for WOMP are students and staff, so you'd obviously want to consider them and the mission while you design.

Would you like to volunteer? If you're interested in working with the UCLA Volunteer Center on WOMP as a designer, please email dca @ uclaextension.edu and let me know what gets you excited about it. Please also include one example of your work that shows what you can do (not spec for this project, just a sample of your work that you love).
