From AIGA: Moleskine sketches from lead designers Callie Neylan (left) and David Wright explore layout options for the NPR blog and mobile site.
I love case studies, especially legal ones. They're so intricate and grey! I could read them for hours.
Anyway, related, are the case studies at AIGA. They have one on NPR, which is where DCA (almost) graduate, Sherene Strausberg used to work. And, more small-worldly (maybe) is that Schematic was involved. Currently, Ann Supawanich from Schematic, is teaching. Check out her profile and get educated on user experience in the upcoming fall n-vis-n newsletter.
I love these case studies because they do a great job highlighting all that goes into good, thoughtful design. It's a whole lot more than pretty... Also, the 2010 Moleskine calendars are now available at Flax, in Westwood, which is a lovely stationary store. I bought mine yesterday.
